For such a capable amp (assuming those are 2500 watt RMS watts, not peak watts), I would probably go with a larger battery. I'm using this battery as my sole car battery and a 1kw RMS zapco amp, and it's holding up well. However, for two and a half times more wattage, you may want to use something with slightly higher capacity.
It all depends on the amplifier's brand! If it's a true 3500, you'll need two. It might keep the headlights from dimming, but I have my doubts. My headlights are still dim on a 3200 with one.

To be honest, if you want to go loud, the xs power d3100 is the way to go. In the long run, it will be beneficial. If money isn't an issue, get two D3100s.

I love the battery; it worked perfectly. I installed it and now my lights don't dim. I can also listen to music for longer and louder periods of time without my car lights dimming. I love the battery; it's fantastic.
Precision chargers are required for AGM batteries, I've discovered. I used to have an AGM charger, but the XS batteries wouldn't charge after a while. They were all brought back to life by this charger.
The lights were dimming badly, so I did my usual research and decided to buy one of these lights to keep them bright, which solved my problem and was well worth the money.
I'm running around 1,600 Watts on my Polaris slingshot and it's perfect; I'm short on space, so it's a no-brainer. Adding this battery to supplement the stock battery, then slapping on a JS High Output Alternator with larger wiring than recommended to the Big 3 upgrade, and you're done!.

My voltage appears to be maintained by them? For the previous two years, I had an Odyssey and a kinetic. These appear to be superior to the other two in that they appear to maintain the same, if not higher, voltage.
This small battery is fantastic. When playing those low notes on my stereo system, it fixed my dimming light problem.
