These are constructed in the manner of a tank. They were used to power my 12 volt air compressor and macerator pump from my external RV battery boxes. If you get stranded, you can use these to jump start your tow vehicle.

They appear to be fairly heavy-duty and capable of handling the job. Dust covers are difficult to put on and take off, but it's preferable to having them loose and falling off.
