In order to use this base coat, I chose the reducer and clear that appeared on the frequently purchased together list. Despite their differences, they all worked well together. Finished to a high standard.

You're right, the shirt is black. I have used some of the blackest blacks in my career. The black is deep and awesome. My feeling is that they make paint coatings just for us weekend painters and small shops. I see a lot of reviews saying mix 5 it's a nice feeling to have a company by your side.
