As a primer, it can be used on just about anything, I would recommend using something less expensive or at least sealing the wood first before applying this as the final filling primer. It is an automotive primer that works well, I use it on just about anything that I paint.

It was spraying over 2k epoxy while it was 65 degrees outside.
The flash times and coverage were both very fast. After two hours, I was able to sand the piece with wet sandpaper without any issue. You should give Rustoleum a try! The occurrence of this does not occur. This finish can be easily applied to a smooth, uniform surface. There is nitrocellulose in it, I notice. What kind of lacquer is it, then? In my opinion, this beats both Rusto and Duplicolor. I think it reaches full hardness more rapidly and, of course, it is harder. It comes with a standard tip that can be interchanged!.
