Over the past few months, it was harder and harder to shift my 2011 Hyundai Accent, especially in cold conditions. I was having transmission issues with this car. It has only 38K miles on it, but the transmission was popping into third and fifth. Red Line MT-600 oil is drained and replaced by the original lubricant The 85 resulted in an improvement right away. Now engagements are smooth and don't pop out of gear like they used to. My satisfaction with the product is high.
The performance of this fluid is excellent in Nissan's 6 speed transmissions. Compared to OEM fluid, the fluid is a little smoother. Due to the new axle, the fluid had changed after 10k miles, but it appeared as fresh after the change as when it was poured out of Following an axle replacement, this product feels smooth and precise once again.
There is no difference in performance, but I should not have to replace it until 75,000 miles have passed.
At 120,000 miles, I noticed that shifting was significantly different after I changed the manual transmission fluid for the first time. I am now able to shift smoothly at lower gears especially.
It does work.
My 2002 accent has been greatly improved by this product.
Prior to that, it was used. The fluid was changed again after 100,000 miles of use, and the transmission is shifting like butter once again. I had better synchros with this.
