Selected User Reviews For aFe Power 44-LF035 PRO GUARD D2 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel Oil Filter
There is literally no difference between this filter and the Mopar filters that cost a lot The oil in my ecodiesel Grand Cherokee recently needed to be changed - instead, I selected this one instead. am confident that it will do the job no less well than what was provided by the factory. The only thing I was concerned about was being blamed by the dealer if any critical issue occurred with the engine. If the afe filter worked in this unlikely scenario, I believe it could be argued that it would function To be able to buy a filter for less than the overpriced company filter is a great win.
This is an excellent Exactly what I was looking for for my Ram Ecodiesel 2015. The Mopar filter in the motor was tested against the Mopar filter in our garage to determine how good the media as well as the assembly was. From a visual standpoint, the aFe seemed to be much better. It is no surprise that reviews like this have driven up the price of the filter. So far, I haven't encountered any issues with the performance. The rest of the way is about 7500 miles. I'll let you know how it goes!.
I am confident it will be as good or better than stock on my 2015 eco diesel. There is no problem.
I highly recommend it.
I didn't experience any issues when changing oil and filter. There are often significant savings offered by the vendor over Mopar and other brands when they are available. It is a product I would purchase again without a second thought.
I've been looking for the aftermarket replacement engine for the Ram 1500 Eco Diesel for almost a year now and I've finally found it.
The 2015 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel is what I own. As with the Mopar filter, the aFe filter is the same size and fits the same. Afe filters are made in Korea, as opposed to Mopar filters which are made in China.
My 2016 RAM electronic 4x4 Laramie goes perfect with this rubber block set.
