It's not waterproof in the least. With shoes on, it fits perfectly and is very comfortable, but it is not recommended for snow or water.

Made of much thicker rubber than I expected for the price, with a good thick rubber sole and an elasticized top that fits snugly around the calf and keeps rain out.
