The answer is yes, the small adult is. This pair of shoes fits well on me since I am 5'10" and 165 lbs.

My first thought was wrong there were more pads than I expected

I found this shirt to be very comfortable, but the only catch is that you have to wear a undershirt under it because of big holes in the armpit area. Although it isn't bad, some people won't be pleased with it. 5'5" and I am able to wear the small comfortably. If you are into downhill parks or parks where you push the limits of what is possible, this shirt is for you. The shirt is not intended to be worn every day. Easy to put on, but not so easy to remove. Definitely one of the best purchases I've made.

It is light and breathable, and a great product My biceps are 13 inches long and I am 5'4" tall, so this fits me I don't want my arm to be too long Points of contact do not chafe.

The material is light, and it allows you to move easily. This picture is not a true representation of the product. It masks the fact that there are some open areas around the armpits. My hope was for thick and strong pads, but they are not as thick as I expected.
