One of the things that surprised me was that there weren't any waterproof plugs. I could have avoided the extension too if I hadn't bought it The lights would not have been able to be properly mounted on my motorcycle had the Spliter pack been purchased separately. In conclusion, I would like to point out that it is not possible to choose the colors for the 3 light combinations such as Red, White, and Blue. The only colors they have as pre-existing are red, blue, and green This combination represents the set. Why would you do such a thing? A definite lack of patriotism!
It is not a requirement that you have these drawbacks After one full day of use, 2 sets will be on my son's bike, and I will return the other set to the company for a refund rather than keep them if I do not want to use them.

The set I bought was the opposite of what I had on the bike. There is no visible damage to the single wires.
We are very happy with the product as it arrived in a few days with a sturdy wire installation (not cheap looking). Both remotes will work nicely, although it would have been nice to have written directions for the remotes. My purpose in buying two units is so I will be able to have separate light control on a more personal Individual remotes work as I need them to. Colors are nice and bright. It was well worth the price. It would have been great to be able to purchase light bulbs separately but I did not find any sold by this company, In any case, their extra extension cables are built to the same high standard of their kit and are compatible with it.
2 out of the 6 y connections had a wire crossed, making the lights a different color. They are willing to work and correct the mistake, so I gave them a 2 star. I will update again if they follow through with their promise.
