I will. - As soon as I bought the kit, the controller broke down. As soon as I contacted LEDGlow, they sent another controller, no questions asked. I found the customer service to be great. It took about a week for me to receive it. In order to install the lights, I connected the old controller and tested the units. It was a good decision because half of the LEDs on the long lights were either not changing color or changing to the wrong color when powered on. As a result, I contacted customer service who wanted me to return the light kit (on my fee) so the light could be tested. A new one would be installed if it couldn't be fixed. Two working days are required I will be called within 3 days after I receive my test results to find out what I should do By the time they received it, tested it, tried to fix it, and then reshipped it back to me, the entire process would take a few weeks. They showed me pictures of the lights and gave me permission to take a video so they could see that the lights were defective. That way, we could be sent a replacement kit right away without having to wait In their opinion, I would have to return the kit first. That was not acceptable because I purchased a working kit. I didn't want a refurbished kit at the price of a new kit. When a kit is defective, why does the customer have to carry the burden? After using the first kit and filing a return claim with Amazon, I bought a second kit (which worked well) and have now received a refund for the first one. *br* - It is very inexpensive to manufacture the connectors for the cables. It is possible for the wire insulation to peel back and reveal the small wires inside because there is no 'clamp' or anything to keep the wire firmly in place. To prevent the wire from slipping out, I wrapped some electrical tape around the collar and a zippy tie around the neck. I handled everything with kid gloves when I installed the kit because the connectors were inferior and I was afraid they might break. As I mentioned, I can't add pictures of the defects right now, but I'll try to do it In addition to the poor quality connectors and the hassle of having to re-box and return the kit due to defects, which would likely have taken 3 weeks to get a new kit, I took off a star for the poor connectors and the inconvenience of having to send it back.

We received the kit four days ahead of schedule! I found the packaging to be in perfect condition. I am very impressed with the quality of the construction of the light kit. A team of us opened the package at noon, connected all the wires to the junction box, and tested it.
