I'm not sure about Honda bars, but they fit sxr pit bike bars just fine.

It did exactly what I needed it to do

I bought them for my kids' bikes because the OEM one was too thin and straight cut for the bar to fit between the cuts. These are spiral cut, so the bar can't get between the pad and the bar, and they're much thicker and pro taper! It appears to be a deception. That is the real reason for everything! Lol.
