These crossbar pads are made of a dense, closed-cell foam that is firm yet plush. They will give your bike an authentic vintage look while also keeping you safe. On 1/2" crossbars, the 3/8" ID prevents rolling, and the full 2" OD gives it a full, burly appearance. Velcro closure on an 11" wide bag.
