It feels like this part isn't working after trying two different brands

It was not enough for either of them to pressurize. The test failed. The M MATI version of this part was what I initially ordered, like some other reviews. In spite of bleeding for 4 hours, the pressurizer did not function properly. Once I exhaust myself and bleed the system according to Polaris instructions, and ensure that the system is clean and airless. No matter how hard I pressurize it, it doesn't work. There are about 40% of these that are failures, based on the customer reviews. Rather than an HIAORS version, I decided to order the HIAORS version. It looks like I only got a bad part. The castings were slightly different, but otherwise the problem is the same. Additionally, the second one would not pressurize. Now that I've finished, I can move on. My OEM Polaris part has been delivered to my home. You don't have time to waste.

Using this product for my older Polaris Sportsman 500 for the second time has proven to be a great replacement for the older model

With this purchase, it is intended to replace a first-generation model that lasted about four seasons before locking up the brakes. This part is not as well built as the original Polaris part, but it only costs a fraction of the price. It was easy to install, and it has given me the occasion to check the complete steering and braking.

This is a direct replacement for the The brakes bolted right on to my Polaris with zero issues

I never had to bleed the brakes and they are working just as well as they did when they were new. We'll see how long this one lasts as it replaced one that lasted 20 years.
