They are, indeed.
I took off the plastic cover that was covering the mechanism. For a while, I was irritated by it. I was removing pieces from my brand new machine, but when I took it out on the sand dunes, all my worries vanished! These slacks are fantastic.
It will fit, of course.
Yes, they will fit. For the back doors, you'll need to make some changes to the front bolt, which will require you to be creative and think outside the box.

It's a relatively simple process to set up. The rear doors are short and do not close tightly. The front doors are perfectly sized. Customer service contacted me after I left a three-star review, offering a partial refund or replacement of the rear doors if I would change my mind. I was open to the idea at first, but they stopped contacting me to make things right, so they now have a one-star rating. When driving down the interstate, I have to ratchet stap the doors inwards on the sxs to keep them from flying open due to their flimsiness. On the Max series, I don't recommend these.
They look great and fit well, though you may need to bend them inward a little to achieve the desired fit and avoid rattling. Because the screw replacement for the rear door latch was too small, I went to Auto Zone and bought a rivet type for about $4.
You'll have to drill out the rivets on the rear latch assemblies to get the 3rd bolt for the lower door in if you're doing the rear doors on an X3 max. To make the door fit better, I had to bend it in a little. You can also unbolt the emblem and paint it to match your color scheme, as I did, which looks much better than the way it comes. I also went to Home Depot and purchased some black bolts to replace the chrome ones that come with it. Don't worry, it comes with plenty of stripping.
The product itself was good, but the packaging was cheap and damaged the product. They sent me a replacement set, which was damaged in the same way as the first! For the back door halves, you'll need a drill and a good drill bit. I believe they are overpriced, and instead of these damaged half doors, I would opt for something with a frame. br>br>It's a pain to open a package and discover that the shiny new item you just purchased has been scratched by someone else! smh. More bubble wrap equates to a higher-quality product. br>br>Here are my two cents.
You appear to be in good shape. Wish it came with rivets to replace the ones that had to be drilled out to get the bolt in for the rear door on the maximum. There were screws, but they were too small.
I've decided to go back to using BRP's original lower doors. Save yourself the time and effort by skipping these.
I had to bend the back a little to get it to fit perfectly, but they look great and keep the dirt and mud out.
It's not very robust. They squeak a lot and should have metal braces welded on or metal tubing to bolt on to. They are simple to install on your 2021 Canam x3 with a few modifications. They are overpriced in comparison to the value they provide.
