There are no decals, but it does come with new rubber grommets and fits a 1992 GL1500 perfectly.

Is it possible to obtain unprocessed components? They are something I want to paint. ?

YES, raw materials are available. When I was searching for these, I came across them on the internet. They have a cream color to them and can be painted. They were around $169, if my memory serves me correctly. The chrome ones are made of plastic, but they are sturdy and look better than I expected.

It's good; I'd recommend it. I bought it for my father, whose right side of the side cover was stolen, and it's nice; the box it came in was a little beat up, but that didn't affect my order, so it's fine.
