Listen. I don't give a damn what other people think about how they look or the "carbon fiber" pattern. These are things I've seen and experienced firsthand. Four days after installing these, my K7 GSXR 1000 experienced a low-speed slide out. The bike came to a stop on its right side, and the slider did its job. The bolt bent and the slider puck broke into several pieces. I literally walked away with a scratch on my fairing and damage to my rearset brake lever, which was easily repaired. It could have turned out a lot worse. br>br>It saved me about $500 in fairings and $600 in Gilles rearsets for only $23. I ordered another set as soon as I got home on my bike, and it arrived today.
For my 2009 GSXR 750, I purchased this item. Fairings for the left side (Stator case) would have to be cut to fit. which I am adamantly opposed to. br>br>Carbon Fiber dip is unsatisfactory. One side appears to be carbon fiber, while the other appears to be warped, and one side was not fully covered, leaving it black.
My husband was overjoyed to receive these, and they look fantastic on his motorcycle.
I received the product quickly, it was simple to install, and it looks great on my bike.
I'm not sure if these were designed for my 2002 GSXR-1000. 750 They're working now because of me. They appear to be quite attractive.
It's a nice product that's simple to set up.
One of the bolts that came with them was too long, and the other began to tighten and then twisted the bolt in half.
