From the rear of the bike, it appears that the two frame holes on my 2021 Klx are offset to the left. Despite this, the cradle is now bolted to the bed and I am pleased.
As far as bolting it up or removing material to get it to line up, it didn't cause me any issues, but I had to use the bolt to pull it flush since the angle on the frame side wasn't right. A side of it worked, but the case seems to have a tendency to bottom out before the bolt goes into the case. There is no real complication, but if you're wondering if you should purchase this item, I say it's 50/50 on what you'll need to do to get it to The short bolts are what I need, so I'm all set. I already replace all of the old hardware because of its poor quality, so I am replacing it all nonetheless. It seems to be okay in terms of the welds and cradle material, so for 50 bucks I'm satisfied.
There was only one thing that bugged me about grade 8 it was boring. A total of eight fasteners was supplied. Obtaining grade 10 on my own was my method of securing it. I'm giving you a 9 for this (probably not necessary, but my personal presence was involved). Similarly, when installing, the holes won't line up unless all the bolts are started before tightening everything down. The first time I tried to put it on, I was having trouble, but when I stopped and tried this, I was able to put it on without any trouble. In addition to helping the bike sit evenly on a bike stand, this brace helps the bike to remain stable.
A few people had a slight problem fitting it up, which may have been due to some other reason. Using it on a '04 DZ110 hasn't caused any Start with the bottom screws and keep them really loose for a few minutes until you get the two back big bolts going. A name brand one costs half as much, but is just as durable. I am delighted with my purchase.
I need some patience to install it because it didn't line up very well. I would say it's a cheap product overall, but it adds a lot of.
While it is ugly, it fits well and fits the same as other cradles that people have received, some of which are not aligned and difficult to align the bolts, but this one seemed to be fine.
Although had to cut off a bit of the side to make it line up properly, it was still a good deal compared to others.
