Questions & Answers

How well does this work with a 2013 Honda CBR500r?

I think it will work just fine. As the cbr500r does not have a single swing arm, the paddle version of the lift stand will be able to support it.

Could you please tell me what else I would need to lift my Ninja 300 with this?

Thanks for your inquiry. I will get in touch with you as soon as possible. A bicycle lift made of this material also lifts all sport bikes (within its It is placed under the rear swingarm and pushed downwards. It must be pushed downwards to lift the motorcycle, but this item will not work with single-cylinder engines. The swingarms on the swings are sided. In any case, please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with. Thanks a lot.

When it comes to shipping weight, how much does it weigh?

There is an approximate shipping weight of 11 pounds for this stand set

What is the compatibility with the 2021 Kawasaki ninja 400?

Originally, it was fitted to a Triumph 16 . This would seem to be the case.

Making a subtle difference makes a big You are reading By using leverage (my educated guess), about 90% of the bikes' weight can be reduced
5/5

A silky smooth lift is controlled and precisely placed. This is the version of my Suz DL1000 Storm feels confidently stable on the stand. The stand won't rock or tip over if it's left out long enough. **** > With the longer handle, you get more leverage and can lift the box more comfortably This allows you to see the tire and fender without having to get so close to the back of the car. **** > With the slight up angle and the addition of scuff pads at the ground, it is obvious that special attention and thought have been given to these details. You can contact me at this The design of the handle and its lifting section allows for just the right amount of space for your fingers to grip underneath. You did a great job! The structure is made of metal tubing, locking nuts and bolts, and swing-out posts with swing-out locks In addition to the pad, the welds on the sleeves, and the way the support bars slide in/into, as well as the Allen key locking bolts, all these elements are biker-inspired. He is one tough dude. The following *br You are reading In the Commentary You are reading Despite what I do, this bad boy will get through to my son after I'm There's a tuffness to it and a little bling to it, all at once Having the Venom logo on a rich black paint job looks great. Yes, it comes with a Venom key chain, so I hung it from the lift cotter pin. The following *br You are reading A few notes You are reading It is fine to use the predetermined holes in the adjustable swing arm holders for the cotter pin and spring (that hold the holders in place) if the swing arm of your bicycle is that distance apart. The manufacturer knows not all bicycle swing arms are equal in In addition, they've included a very robust Allen-Bradley processor Through tightening the bolt against the swing arm holder, you create a squeeze that forces the arm holder into place. In my book, the Allen-Huntsman is one of the best There is only one thing you require a key bolt. I would have liked a knob on the bolt to loosen and tighten it by hand if I had to adjust it.
Really, after the bike is resting on the stand do they really think it could slide out from under that weight without any help? It is therefore not necessary to use the spring and the cotter pin. In today's world of consumerism, it seems, however horrible, that the saying goes, "it's better to have and not need than need and not have. ".

The lift isn't as robust as high-end models, but it does the job for light duty applications
4/5

My only use for this is to adjust my chain and change the oil, so I only use it for light duties. The rest of the maintenance on my bike is not my area of expertise. Playing around with the paddles is necessary to get them to fit tight, and a spring is needed to make them so. It may be better to use the spool, but once you seat the paddles properly, they are solid. Before lifting your bike, I recommend that you get it as close to upright as possible. It's easier to lift the paddles from the ground with the block under your kickstand. That way, you are only moving the bike up gradually rather than having to tilt and lift, which makes me a little nervous when I'm on my own. I use this for a Suzuki DL650, which is pretty tall, so I can get plenty of height for my oil pan, etc, and I can rock the bike with an estimated 50 pounds in the rear. Despite 60 lb of lateral force on the bike, there was no sign of an unstable bike.

Six years later, the company is going strong
5/5

As I have seen a lot of bad reviews concerning this product, I just wanted to share my experience. The item I bought on Amazon was bought It is about five years old and I use it about five times a day I clean and adjust my Ninja 1000 chain six times per year. Even though it does flex a little at the joints, I have never once worried about it failing or the bike falling off the stand. Despite being low-quality, the wheels are still in excellent condition. All I wish I could find are.

It is a perfect match for Honda CBRs
5/5

Trial and error are necessary to ensure that the paddles are properly spaced on the swingarm. There is an important lesson to learn don't use it while the motorcycle is on a sloped In the picture at right, you can see the front end of the motorcycle facing the front side of the driveway (the highest side of the driveway), and the rear end of the motorcycle on the lift. This makes the motorcycle very easy to move with its weight (at 419 pounds wet). Just a fraction of a second did I turn my attention away, and this almost got away from me. In a flat area, it works perfectly and helps keep the fluids clean and lubricated by ensuring that they are changed.

I really like your budget stand! The stand is designed to fit the swingarm tabs on my 2014 Ninja 1000, after I couldn't find spools to fit the swingarm tabs on other stands
5/5

In other reviews, this stand has been described as strong and easy to assemble, with a nice finish and good As this bike was clearly designed for a spool lift, there's only about a half inch of extra clearance along the swingarm for the pads to fit. In addition, with the bike straight up, it is simple to slip the stand onto the bike and lift it, and it completely firmly holds the bike. As you adjust the pad axles to the correct width, you tighten them into place, and you are good to go. However, considering the width of the swingarms, you may need to remove the springs from the axles. As a whole, this is a great deal at this price.

I bought this product for a very low price, but it worked ok
4/5

It arrived with a level. However, the instructions were for another product. Since the front stand fits under the yoke, it works well but the instructions were for a different product. There is no indication of how to proceed with that level. Using channel locks tightened the R clips so that they would go in. The metal on the tubes was too wide so it was difficult to install the clips. Could there have been a problem with my order for the rear stand? It looks like the whole spring washer assembly was useless, so I won't bother using it. In the end I discarded them and at the widest setting I got the stand to work and just needed to lock it in place with the lock nut. As a few pieces were full of paint or metal, I had to smash a few things into place to assemble, but eventually the hammer won out and all of the pieces came together. Instructions were for another stand, and the level that came with this stand had a hole in it and was drained of fluid, so I thought it was useless. My knowledge of their fate is limited even though I have no idea where they went. My overall impression was that I would buy again since the issues were not too serious but it was a bit annoying. Everything went fine when it came to the metal and bolt quality.
