TCMT 5" Stretched Extended Saddlebags Fits for Harley Electra Glide 93-13 Road Glide 98-13 Tour Glide 93-96

These are the cutest bags I've ever seen. I have a 2007 Road King with these seats and they fit great. The OEM replicas look and feel exactly the same as the originals. You should definitely check this out.

However, the information on the bag is misleading. TCMT provided the Matte Black bags for my 2013 Road Glide and give them 5 stars for the way they packaged their product. The bags were packed well in bubble wrap and styrofoam along with gray bagging. In addition, the paint was perfect, and I was able to transfer over the black HD latches from my original bags with no difficulty. We awarded them three stars due to the argument that the bags are 5 inches larger than they claim. In my measurements, the original bags are 11 inches in height and the Matte Black bags are 15 inches in height. Verifying my measurements required me to take a picture. On the left is the original bag, and on the right is the TCMT bag. The TCMT bags cover about half of my CFR pipe when mounted on the Road Glide. If you have a smaller pipe diameter (like 2"), their claim of covering the whole pipe is somewhat misleading since the bag is normally mounted about an inch above the CFR pipe. The diameter of CFR pipes is large. As a risky buy, I went with the matte black color and my bags appear similar to the denim black As there are no reviews here on Amazon for the Matte Black bags, I just wanted to point that out.

At the moment I saw these bags, I was thinking, "How good can these bags be?"? $230! I'm talking about it! The next few pages were difficult to read, so I went shopping instead. Despite that, I kept coming back to the same Those pictures were pretty damn good, but they can always be altered. There have been times when I ordered products from other vendors, where the display photos were gorgeous, but the products were just plain As I was reading the reviews, I decided to watch the video. In the majority of reviews, and I emphasize majority, not a single review was A lot of people were pleased with these bags after they purchased It was a gamble, but I ordered a set for my 2013 Streetglide.
I was impressed with my first impression. Their shipping was not only fast, but they were also extremely well packaged and protected. It is possible to drop them out of the back of a pickup while they are travelling down the highway and they will enjoy their experience. I like the fact that the bags are well made and the painted surfaces are As a scale of 1 to 10 In a scale of 10, where brand new Harley bags are 10 I would give these bags a 9 out of 10. It is easy to reach 5. There is no doubt about the quality. It is time to mount them. * It is time to mount them in the garage. I was very impressed with how easy mounting was. It was easy to mount the new bags since I had a perfect fit between my mounting brackets. When I opened the new bags, the rubber bag supports on the bottom of the bags were already attached. The stock bags do not need to be removed from my inventory. As well as three new lock keys for the bags, they came with three new keys for the old bags. However, I am planning to transfer the locks from my old bags to the new bags. It only takes a few minutes to complete the process. My order was placed late on Christmas day on Friday, and the items arrived on Saturday. As far as delivery dates go, I saw on Amazon that my order would arrive between Jan 2nd and 9th, so that's a great turn-around. As for the packaging, it was excellent and I reused the fabric draw-string The rear mounts fit perfectly for me too, although a number of others had difficulties. The fast fix I used involved removing the large spacer from the rear mounts on the bike and bent up the side brackets with a large channel lock plier. Although I had to fix the right case lock, it was not a big deal as it was simply installed upside down. Aside from the spare keys, I also received three other keys. As long as I took the time to shake down the car, it was a great experience.

There are not perfect saddle bags, but they are pretty good looking, a few little scuffs on the top that almost got buffed out. It was easy to install a few modifications on the exciting mounts on the bike. Overall, a great product. The unacceptable part is that one of the latches was bent in and wouldn't stay shut. I was able to see the problem and bent the latch back as best as I could without causing further damage to it and to the paint. It stayed in place and I was okay
I contacted vendor to see if they would send a new latch or if they would reimburse me for the cost of a new latch. I emailed them and they replied pretty quickly, informing me to take it to the repair shop and I would receive $20 for my time. Ya sure, no problem, but I cannot find the I forgot to lock the bag while having lunch, so it was open on the freeway on the fourth ride of the season. Nothing was damaged, however I didn't hear what happened the rest of the day when compared to the HDZ
I got a second note from the company telling me to go to the That's utter nonsense, I have no idea what it means. In the past, I've heard of latch issues and those do occur and the company should either replace or offer advice rather than relying on a generic one-size-fits-all approach. My frustration comes from the fact that I really liked Please check the product when you receive it and return it if defective. Update Contacted on 5/28 and told that a new latch would be en route, got tracking info on 6/8, but it has not left facility yet. The locks, however, I am not sure what I will do. These bags have a very stylish look to them.

I was hassled to the max. There are mold streaks on the unpainted 2009 electraglide bags that make them look dull and obvious. Because of the molding streaks, the unpainted bags may look good in the pictures. As a result of the holes for the hardware not matching, the hinge is unable to snap in place, so the latch cannot be snapped in. There is no way to close the lid, and I have to wrestle with it and force it to close. Once it is closed, I must lock it using my keys so it won't fly open while I'm driving. There is just too much hassle with them, so I don't even have them I wasn't so lucky, but you might get lucky and get a nice pair with the right holes.
