Simply put, purchase it. I recently took a four-day trip to the Tail of the Dragon and used this luggage. It was simple to assemble, use, and access while mounted, and it performed admirably throughout the journey. In 2020, I'll travel 1500 miles to Sturgis with the same bag. I am confident that it will be successful. Clothing, toiletries, and even a full-face helmet have plenty of room. Mine is still in good working order on a Softail Night Train.
I would have given it a 4 or even a 5 star rating if I hadn't had to return them. The positive aspects are that it is made of nice material and includes a rain cover, that it has plenty of space and can fit a nice long journey, that it has several pockets, and that the elastic for the bottle holder is stiff. it will not be fitting in a wheelchair if the seats are too narrow and with little depth. It will also interfere with coverage on the speakers, if no curved chair has been installed and if there has not been room on the front for the seat. This design flaw doesn't make sense because it also has a laptop storage compartment (not that I'd ever leave a laptop in this bag out in the open). I replaced these with a saddlemen, which covers this design flaw. If you decide to go with these, I recommend taking it to a shop to have all the zippers modified, or removing the pull down rope and installing a keychain loop, then attaching the pull down to it, leaving room in the keychain loop to attach your lock. Although it is not a completely secure solution, it will deter someone from attempting to tamper with your bag while you are away for a few minutes.
My 2001 Honda Magna came with an old Kuryakyn Full Dresser tail bag, which was starting to fall apart at the zipper. Because it had become brittle due to sun damage, I decided to look into new tail bags to see what would work best for me. I had my heart set on Saddlemen bags, but they were out of my price range. I looked into new Kuryakyn bags and watched the RevZilla review video, which piqued my interest. I figured the Road Warrior bag would be big enough for my daily commute and weekend rides, and I could always add more bags to the MOLLE points on the outside. br>br>When it arrived, I was immediately impressed by the material's structure and durability, as it was a significant improvement over my previous bag. The 1200- My travel luggage is made of denier nylon, which is just as tough as, if not more so than, my denier nylon. I don't have to open the bag compartments unnecessarily because the bottle pockets are handy for holding drinks. If I want to store my helmet in there, or carry all of my tools when I ride for work, the main compartment has plenty of room. Because I travel up to 200 miles per day for work, I prefer to ride my bike to save money on gas. The buckles are secure even when I'm driving down the highway, thanks to the easy-to-use attachment system. When you dismount, you can carry the bag on your shoulder, making the transition from riding to work a breeze. Overall, I would suggest this bag to anyone looking for a mid-size bag. For commuting or as a start to a touring kit, this size tail bag is ideal. It even includes a rain cover to keep the bag dry in inclement weather. Kuryakyn has done an incredible job redesigning their line, with the XKursion series being the only Kuryakyn product that is better built than the Momentum line.
I spent several months researching motorcycle bags before purchasing one. In fact, I ordered a bag that was approximately the same size as this one before receiving this one. Saddleman is the same size as you. Only because every time I attempted to purchase the Kuryakyn 5284 Momentum Road Warrior Motorcycle Travel Luggage, I received an error message stating that the bag could not be delivered to your address. The Saddleman was not my first choice, but it was the only large bag I could have delivered to my home. So I went ahead and bought it. The Saddleman's reviews were mediocre at best. , but unlike the Kuryakyn 5284 Momentum Road Warrior Motorcycle Travel Luggage, it did receive a number of 1 and 2 star ratings. Anyway, a few days later, I discovered an Amazon seller who would deliver the bag to my address. I bought the 5284 and returned the Saddleman on the same day I got it. When I received the bag, I thoroughly examined it. For my long motorcycle road trips, the bag is well-built and has plenty of storage. There are a lot of straps on the bag to keep it firmly attached to my motorcycle. I am very pleased with my purchase and plan to buy more Kuryakyn products for my Indian Chief Vintage because Indian accessories are out of my price range.
(No, I don't take the kid in it. ) It's as simple as that. It's simple to put on and take off. Several ties are strewn about. I used it on a ride from the upper east coast to Florida during several rainstorms (I didn't use the rain cover because the rain was on and off in FL) and it worked perfectly. It held all of my belongings. On my two-kilometer, three-day trip, it stayed dry. br>I used the bag as a backrest by placing it on the pillion. It was super comfy. Purchase this bag, as well as one for a friend.
I went on vacation for a week. I bought this bag for a long bike trip to NW Arkansas. I was able to pack a week's worth of clothes, as well as toiletries, my laptop, extra shoes, and a bike jacket, into this bag. Everything seemed to fit together. The best part is that it fit between my backrest and the trunk in the back seat. I also made use of one of the supplied D-clip straps. I tied the bag to my luggage rack with rings on the top. I unhooked it in two places and carried it to my hotel room at the end of the day. It does not get any simpler than that. This is the bag you've been looking for.
