My 2006 Toyota Tacoma headlights lost a retainer clip while I was working on them, so I thought I could easily find a It turns out I had it When I checked every auto store in my area, no one had them in stock so then I came across these gems on amazon. With the variety of shapes and sizes, I found one similar to my retainer and bent one end to 90 degrees, it fit perfectly.
