Questions & Answers
Yes, there are no problems.
This light has no hot spots and is a bright white all the way around. The turn signal works during the day when the white lights are turned off (pay attention to wiring), and when the directional signal is activated at night, the white lights turn off (switchback). The other strip has the drivers built into it, making it a cleaner and easier to install piece. I have it on a Chrysler Town and Country. It fits perfectly into the front bumper as if it were a stock installation on a country minivan. This lamp does an excellent job of lighting the ground in front of it, and my installation curves around the bumper and illuminates the side as well. RECOMMENDED because I haven't had any problems with my vehicle in over a year.
It's been a few months now and there haven't been any problems except for some loose adhesive.
Yes, while these are designed to be used on the outside of the lens housing, if you know how to remove the lens housing, you can use them on the inside and they will function just as well. I've had mine for over a year and have yet to encounter any problems.

All of the items arrived in good working order. I'm not sure why some people say they're not very bright. These are brighter than the stock halogens in my headlights, as you can see in the photo with all of the lights turned on. My parking lights are auxlight 3157 projection leds, just to give you an idea. The double-sided tape is weak on most of these led strips, as previously stated. In a couple of places, as well as on each end, I used e6000 industrial transparent adhesive to help seal them against water. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. I believe they will last for a long time, and the price is unbeatable. I looked for hours before settling on this set, and I'm very pleased with it.
I really like how these turned out. They aren't bright enough to see during the day, which is a disadvantage. When it comes to dawn and night, however, things get a little more complicated. They appear to be fantastic. The sequence lighting is ideal, and the strip's size and material are excellent. My headlight has an LED strip that you can't even see. The adhesive strip was only a few inches long. I was able to peel them off the headlight twice and reapply them, and they stayed in place well.
The fact that the control module is integrated into the led strip is appealing to me. It will be more water resistant and less likely to be damaged in this manner. Although the adhesive is better constructed, do you think it could be improved further by switching to 3m? It's bright enough at night and looks great; however, it could be brighter during the day.
To my surprise, for the price, they are very nice. In comparison to another set I purchased previously, these feel much higher quality and are much brighter. I'm excited to get them in because the wiring coming out of them is much thicker. I'm going to make a set of custom tail lights out of these.
I bought these from a different company and have finally gotten around to installing them. The other brand I purchased is also in excellent working order. Within a week, the problem was resolved. The yellow turn signal was the first to go out (it became extremely dim and then switched on with the white light). It hasn't worked in a long time. The biggest drawback is the amount of time it takes to install. This isn't something you should buy.
The world's simplest installation; however, I live in a cold climate and can confirm that the adhesive was not the best; however, it stayed in place; however, I plan to use 3m or another adhesive in the future. The lack of a power supply is a major selling point, and the components are compact and thinly built into the waterproof sleeve. Waterproof with no issues, nice cool 6000k color temperature, I'd say the brightness output is at least 1000 lumens, easy to install with any level of car knowledge. The wires are small and should be soldered, but they're not too difficult to manage if a t-connector is used. Alternatively, tap. If there are any issues, I will provide an update, but for now, I recommend that you purchase this, 5 stars.
I was so taken aback by the brightness that I had to get some 3M double-sticky tape. After cleaning with alcohol, it stuck well to the light strip, but it had to be adhered to the lense with crazy glue gel, but it gave it a factory look. For the grill, I'm going to order another set.
The glue is of poor quality.
