1 year ago today, on 12/12/20, there was a final update. I've been using these for a year in all kinds of situations, including night recovery, rain, and so on, and they're great! I would strongly suggest it. 1/27/29 update. We went for a hike with them. It was perfect, and angling them slightly outward helped a lot! I was able to light up the trail's sides and front. The price is unbeatable, and I'm very happy with them. They were installed on my 2016 Jeep JK. They could be mounted on my front bumper because the harness was long enough. On the driver's side panel, I mounted the switch. They have a lot of brightness. I angled them both slightly outward to illuminate the trails' sides.

For the past 20 years, I've worked as a motorcycle and auto mechanic. This is one of the most comprehensive and straightforward kits I've come across. It includes everything you need and is approximately 90% pre-assembled. put together On a Honda CR-V, I put it in. V, and there was plenty of wire; the only drawback was the poor quality of the blade terminals for the lights themselves. I had some better ones on hand. A separate bracket might be needed for the lights themselves. They have a bright appearance, but their beam has a limited range. For the price, this is ideal!.

I bought this set for my golf cart, and it's perfect! One thing to keep in mind is the type of mounting bracket that comes with it. I didn't realize it before I ordered these, but the bracket that came with them was incompatible with the application I had. Fortunately, Amazon offers an alternative bracket assembly. that was a good idea These lamps are well-made and long-lasting. It's an excellent product at a reasonable cost.

What a way to ruin the appearance of my truck! But then again, I suppose that's what you get for paying $20. You will be thrown out. Aside from that, the wiring harness was too short. To complete the run to the ditch lights, I had to splice in about four feet of wire. In the near future, I'll be investing in more expensive lights because I don't trust these lights to last long enough. Plus, I don't want rust dripping down my hood as a result of the seller's shoddy parts, which rust instantly in the real world.

This kit appeals to me. These were installed on a 2012 Honda NC700X by mounting them to GIVI engine guards with some versatile brackets and controlling them with a handlebar mounted 3-way switch. (See the links below for more information on the pin switch. ) The mounting brackets' versatility ensures that the lights can be pointed precisely where they are required. br>br>The lights and harness have excellent build quality; I'm especially impressed with the wire gage and coating, which I'm confident will withstand the elements over time, and the included fuses and connectors are a nice touch if you don't already have a few terminals and connectors in your toolbox. If you don't have connectors, you'll need to order some to connect the wires to the switch (the version I ordered came with bare stranded wires instead of a 3-wire version). The Nilight harness is connected by a pin plug. br>br>The light is sufficient to illuminate the roadside where my headlight falls short. They aren't "insanely bright," but a couple of 4" pods shouldn't be expected to be. They're especially useful on the trails, where you're constantly steering left and right while the headlight only points straight ahead. You will need to purchase the necessary adapters. It also comes with a waterproof button that is not suitable for use on a motorcycle. Fortunately, Amazon has a stainless steel one for $10. The lights are incredible once you've overcome those two obstacles. For the price, they're hard to beat, and they appear to be well insulated and vented to avoid overheating. The harness that comes with it is also of excellent quality. I'm thinking about getting a second set in the flood configuration. The lights are extremely bright, and they helped to fill in a blind spot on my motorcycle.

Because the installation isn't finished yet, I can't comment on the brightness. There were no instructions, so I had to look up the diameter of the switch on the internet. br>5 stars for the harness, relay, and switch. br>I'll update after my town run tomorrow to get parts that fit, and I'm going to use stainless steel fasteners. br>br>update 1/22/2022br>Unable to find A4-size paper 70 pieces of 316 stainless steel hardware - vs - A2- 70 304 stainless steel 1/4-inch bolts were used instead of 6 mm bolts. In 316 stainless steel, there are 20 bolts, washers, and lock washers. 1/4-inch holes were tapped out of 6mm holes. Take your time with the tap if you're going to do this. 5/16 SS mounting bolt and lock nut were used to replace the bracket mounting bolt; In SS, a 1 1/4 fender washer was also required in the hole in the bumper. On a cloudy day, the brightness was perfect.
