In terms of the seatbelt cutter and window breaker, it appears to be functional, but it does not glow! I charged it by holding it under a light for several minutes, but it didn't glow, so it's no good for driving at night.
To be clear, the glow in the dark version requires light exposure first, similar to the lume on a watch. I'm not sure how long it will last after being exposed. Since I'll be tucking it away in the center console, this defeats the purpose of it. Overall, it appears to be sturdy. br>br> A low-cost item with the potential to save someone's life.
If you ever need to use it, this is a good investment. The seller contacted me with instructions, which I greatly appreciated because I had no idea I would be using the product incorrectly. I'm a lot more relaxed now that I know I'll be safer on the road. br>However, you must expose the glow-in-the-dark material. the- To make it glow, place the dark version in the sun first. I'm hoping it glows after the first exposure and that I won't have to re-expose it. Repeat the process of exposing it to light.

It's a good idea to keep this in your glove compartment because you never know when you might need it.
It is preferable to be safe than sorry if you are not prepared. This is something I'm glad I purchased. It fits perfectly in my glovebox, allowing me to access it quickly in the event of an emergency. What an ingenious idea!.
It appears to be a good product, and it should be able to handle the job if it becomes necessary. I hope I never have to use it, but it's good to have on hand just in case. I'm going to keep it in the console in the center.
This has a substantial weight to it. The size is ideal; it won't take up a lot of space but will get the job done.
