Internal threads do not clog up on valve stem threads, allowing air to escape when removing gauges from hard-to-reach valve stems.

The gauge is extremely thick

So I have a SUV and a lifted Pickup Truck, and I have to say it's a good tool to have on my mechanic bench. I found the gauge to be accurate, despite some reviews claiming it to be inaccurate. However, I double-checked the measurements against the data from my air pump, and they were accurate.
