Sewing is done, but the vents have been positioned incorrectly. I would say that it is just fine. There is a slight undersizing of the cover.
I am pleased with its quality and how it completely covers my dash.
Additionally, a black cover for this item is available. Soon, a brown cover will be made available.

To fit my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500, I bought this. The dash mat I got is grey. There are a few imperfections, but it is functional. There is a suggestion to steam any creases and to not iron before you install. There is no steamer in my house I used a very low heat setting on my iron, spritzed the mat with some water, and put a thin towel between the iron and the mat to make it easier to remove stains. I found it to be effective. The mat was not damaged in the process of getting rid of the creases. It is an easy and straight-forward installation. They include some Velcro adhesive strips for the installation. The rods were okay, but some of them did not stay when I stuck them. The dash area had been thoroughly cleaned before I applied the adhesive, so they should be fastened So anyway, I ordered some better ones to use in place of the old ones. There are some flaws in the fit but it works fine. liked how it did not cover up any vents, but there was one spot I had to cut (I'll describe it in a photograph) so it would fit a little better. Except for that, it was a good experience.
Installation on a Dodge Ram 1500 took about an hour. The product fitted perfectly and was very easy to put in. Only one problem I encountered was that the 3M Velcro patches did not stick very well to the dash. It appears I removed the dash (previously) to install a new heater core, which resulted in several damages to the dash. The back of the 3 M stickers held well due to the poor state of my dashboard. I used gorilla glue to attach them to the dash. This is a great looking cover up for a relatively small price, especially trying to compare it to the cost of replacing the dash. I would definitely recommend this product (because it works very well with.
The Velcro strips don't stick to my dash at all. At the moment, the item is just lying on my dashboard. I usually drive alone and I do not need to adjust anything on the dash, so it seems to stay in place okay, but there is no pressure on the item to evaluate it in much detail because "I" am usually alone while driving. I laughed out loud. Yes, this product DOES lower the temperatures in the windshield area of the vehicle, which diminishes the chance of any further cracking of that Despite it's light weight (a good thing), it's tough to carry this item.
The dash looks good with the covers on, and I know they will protect the dash from My only recommendation would be to discard the included velcro and use something stronger such as Velcro from Walmart or Home Depot instead.
Velcro strips can be a little tricky to attach to the dash well because they don't hold up well As soon as I cleaned the dash, I used Alcohol to prepare the spot and get rid of the glue pills. I had a few stick ok but not as good as it could be. It fits decently. Fitting was difficult due to the need to steam it up and pull it. There is nothing wrong with the finish. This airbag does have a few slots to pop it so that it can be used. The original dash didn't have more than a couple small cracks, so I got it to protect it. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.
It fits my dash well and looks very good. It was only the velcro strips that caused me problems. There was a problem with the adhesive, as well as the size of the buttons came up short. In general, I am happy with how the dash mat turned out.
This dashboard mat is the same cheap mat as the rest. Paying $34 led me to believe I was getting a better product. The truth is that it isn't. As I see it listed on Amazon for $17 or $19, this $34 item appears to be no different from the one I found for $17 or $19. Put the money you would have spent on getting this thing steam cleaned to get rid of the heavy packing creases Even if I have to deal with the horrible cracking of the cheap plastic dash that Dodge Ram tough decided to use, at least I don't have to stare at it. It's possible that I'll attach the plastic shell to this piece of plastic junk that they call a dash in the end. Chrysler put this overpriced piece of felt under the dash so as to slow the destruction of the cheap garbage they used.
The passenger side fits perfectly on the driver side, but there is a 1/2 inch gap after the cluster on the driver side. So everything is off by half an inch. Perhaps I will need to cut it in half so the defroster won't be covered in winter, but it looks a lot better than.
