Saturday was the first day I prepped the wheels after work, cleaning and preparing them. You can start painting the next morning after they have sat over night. It was easy and smooth to apply everything with the perfect instructions once the prep spray was applied. As a result, this product comes with a high gloss finish, but I purchased the high gloss clear to protect my investment. Amazing product! I highly recommend it! In the event I can post pictures, I will do so. In addition to the larger wheels, I also purchased the trim kit and front grille to do all emblems. It is an awesome product and I would recommend it to anyone.

The directions are easy to follow, and the product is easy to apply. applied the final clear coat on top of the product per instructions and spent the entire afternoon doing so. In addition to cleaning and drying the wheels, I scuffed the surface of the wheels with a scotch brite pad to ensure that the paint would adhere well. I hand washed my truck for a couple of weeks after using the product, as shown in the photo. It's obvious that the finished products on the rims left nothing to be desired.

The application is easy to use, but takes a lot of time. We spent the whole day getting 10 coats on. While it wasn't as easy to apply evenly from a rattle can, it still worked well. There has been less than a week and I had to touch up a lip on one of my wheels. So far, I haven't washed my car. We'll see how much damage it puts up with.

As much as I wanted this to work, it didn't. My rims were thoroughly cleaned, I applied a light coat and waited 15 minutes after that before applying wet coats. I watched multiple videos on how to do it. I was very impressed with how easily the grey basecoat applied and how great it looked. For a moment, I seriously considered just keeping the rims the same color. Now I wish I had. Using rose gold is almost like applying a totally different color as compared to other colors. In reality, it's almost like a transparent rose gold glitter rather than an actual paint, and 4 cans were nowhere near enough to produce the vibrant color you see in the photo. Despite the gray showing through, it was still very visible. It didn't matter how light a coat I put on, the rose gold was visible everywhere. As with the grey, I did it the same way I did the black and did not experience any runs. As a result, I will be removing the rose gold and replacing it with am in love with the concept of the rose gold color, however, I feel a more metallic pink base might have resulted in a very different result.

You should have your work go for quite a long time if you follow the instructions exactly. It is recommended to prime with matte black first before applying It is easier to achieve a nice result if you take your time.
