Is this compatible with any Dodge pickup truck tailgate? I have the sport package, and a lot of things won't work with it. ?

I'm at a loss for words. My Dodge 2500 was built in 2001, and it fit perfectly on my tailgate. I've never tried it on a different model before. Sorry

I won't be able to check if it fits my truck because of this. Is this something that would work on my 2003 Ram 1500?

It should, in my opinion, if it is the shorter model. My 2007 1500's back side was too short to cover the spoiler holes.

Spray-on decals have been applied to my Dodge Ram 2500. up to the top of the tailgate with the liner Will this have an impact on the installation?

It shouldn't have any bearing on it. Curves and corners may be tight, but they should still fit properly.

Is this going to fit a 1997 Ram 1500 Laramie?

It was a perfect fit for my 2001 Ram 1500 Laramie, and I enjoy using it.

Doesn't seem to go with the spray-on look

on liner. On this site, I inquired as to whether it would work with a top-to-bottom liner. Unfortunately, I put my faith in the positive response, but it doesn't quite fit. It has a bad appearance.

I applied wax and grease remover to the tailgate's edge, positioned the protector, and pressed it in place; it looks great.
