To ensure that the extender will fit, your tonneau cover should be raised slightly. There may not be a fit if you have one of the sliding tonneau covers installed on an interior railing. It will still take you longer every time you want to open or close the extender since you have to raise the tonneau cover.

You can choose from two different styles of bed extenders As a result of its square shape, the bars have the most space possible inside them. A "V" shape is more typical of the other. You may want the V-style cover if you have a tonneau cover that mounts to the inside of the rails (low-profile mount) as that will allow the cover to fold as intended and be able to access the rails. Because I didn't know about that issue and wanted the larger storage space, I ordered this model instead. On my Toy-Poc with a Tonneau attached, I solved the issue by reversing bed mounts, and I can now turn up just enough to pop out the extender tabs and manually bring the rack into position, then pop the tabs back in.
