We bought everything last October, and everything looked good and sturdy. It was easy to install, and we are happy with our purchase. The maximum number of times a user could use the code was 3. Upon opening the top cap, I found an attached metal piece to the crank broke off, so the crank was detached It is possible that it can happen, but it was the beginning of the nightmare. The warranty was obtained from MFG MaxxHaul by contacting Amazon. The company provided us with a phone number and email address. MaxxHaul replied to our email several times and left messages that sounded like a mobile phone, but never filled out our return request. We called Amazon back and were grateful they backed us up and accepted the return with a The reason we have always purchased items from Amazon is due to their excellent Customer Service. They have never let us down no matter what. While we were satisfied with this product and willing to give MaxxHaul a second chance, they unfortunately did not meet our expectations. If MaxxHaul offered better customer service, we would not buy from you, and we would never recommend our clients to purchase from you because of your great prices and great products, but we would never recommend you to our clients due to your poor customer service. Till a few weeks ago, I really liked everything about this trailer jack. Since I have owned the jack for a few months, I have found it All was well until a few weeks ago when the handle became hard The black hand grip you must use to operate the jack is what I mean. As you raise and lower the trailer, it's supposed to turn in your hand. The only part of the jack that doesn't seem to be anti-static seems to be the jack's head As the handle is through the bolt, rust is in it. No matter how much lubrication I apply, it won't let me move it. In an attempt to remove it and replace the bolt, it won't budge. I've ruined the bolt in the process. It probably won't be a purchase I make again. The one I would choose would depend on my needs. As for recommending it, I may have recommended it at the time, but I probably won't do so now. Over a long period of time, I just want things to work as they should.

It is of high quality and is made of durable materials. The traditional jack I used on my utility trailer was too hard to operate and I would spend days spinning it in order to raise and lower it. I replaced this jack instead. It's easy to put this swing on the wheel of the towing vehicle by merely raising or lowering it enough to place it on the ball of the towing vehicle and Swing the cage back, then spin it a few times to remove it when you get to your destination. The jack is MUCH easier to use and requires much less effort. Furthermore, such an object lift is much better with a jack of this type. A heavy-duty construction is also made possible by the two wheels, which can handle quite a bit of weight. This assembly will replace the swinging jack on my PWC trailer and it is a much better quality than my current one.

As soon as the first took place, the gears were stripped. It's a piece of junk. I took it out for the first time and it had stripped gears. It took me a long time to figure it out while on vacation. I went to return it to Amazon, but it was out of return policy by 2 days. A return message has not been received An unreliable, substandard product from a substandard provider.

I think it will work out fine. This is a very heavy job. The wheels work well, which is not the case with many other makes of these. The product is very well-made and will last a long time. I'm not talking about a toy here, this is heavy machinery. It was a bit difficult to mount the shaft on the axels because they were too far apart. I pounded them with a hammer until they were close enough to loosen the shaft bolt. I then screwed the nut into the shaft bolt mounting the wheels so they would normally close. It was sold at a substantial discount because the previous owner apparently did not think to correct the wheel yokes as described above or was not prepared to do so. They went through the longer process of a return instead of a 5 minute fix. There seems to be a problem in the nation with people who either don't have hammers or don't know how to use them My heart aches.

The mistake I made was mine. It is extremely difficult to maneuver an empty trailer with two people in it. To grease up the entire pole, I had to put a lot of grease on it. Movement is aided by this approach, though it still seems to have its own plan. It is common for me to slide sideways on the wheels of the trailer as I turn it. I could not believe how much better the single lift worked. I will continue to use it as it is, though I do hope it will stop working soon and I will have to replace it. Putting one back on will be the only thing I do.
