It would have been better for me to have learned from buying items from this manufacturer before as they don't always tell The pins you are currently using to hold the ball need to be changed. There are also no snubbing rubbers in the snubber. When you upgrade to a class V hitch, you need the pins for the ball if you haven't ordered them yet.
The item had to be returned to me due to my error. According to my application, this was correct. This item and the vendor did not present any issues to me.
There are no pins included. I like it, but it works I've traveled about 18000 pounds so far on a mix of highways, city streets, and off-road trails.
