So, will the 34-inch textile bull rope pass through these blocks without a hitch? Is it possible that I'll be using these to cut down trees?

I had to change the sheave to accommodate 18mm HMPE rope. To enlarge the U groove, I used a 4" grinder and a sanding disc. With a 7:1 ratio, it works fine. 1 to 11: The rope had one safety factor, but anything outside of that range caused the rope to fail. I'm fortunate in that I only need these snatch blocks a few times; otherwise, I'd have to spend a lot more money on real ones. If you need a large quantity, look for a ten pack on eBay.

Is this price per pulley block or per pair of pulley blocks? or do you only have one? I assume 2 pcs means 2 pulleys because the listing says 2 pcs. thanks?

There are two distinct blocks.

D ropes are what they're called. The pulleys are said to work with 1/2" to 3/4" diameter ropes, according to the advertisement. Is it true that the diameter is too small?

My assumption was that my 1/2-inch rope would fit into the pulley just fine.

Is this small enough to fit on a 2" ball?
