What are the chances of a three quarter shakeout?

Shackles of any standard 3/4" diameter will fit this. It comes in a 7/8" as well.

Can steel cable be used with this?

I am writing to let you know that the winch shackle can work with steel cable. However, it is designed to fit on the fairlead of a Hawse winch. There will be an issue with the winch shackle fitting onto the roller In the case of our winch shackles and fairlease ropes, we recommend synthetic rope. Thank you for your kind words,

Is it possible to attach this to the Smittybilt X2o comp syntetic rope loop after cutting off the original ?

The XRC version worked well on my XRC with no issues whatsoever. According to my research, it uses the same line and thimble as the X2O

Can I accept a three quarter inch shaka with a three quarter inch base?

Shackles up to 3/4" long will fit this. With this opening, the end of the pin can be noticed from the outside, since it can pass a 3/4" shackle through it.

This product is great. The ring can be compressed with no pliers required. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and, if you want to keep it, a little bit of There is no difference in quality between factor 55 and this. However, my wife says the red doesn't match the colour of her Jeep's firecracker red when she arrived. It's a pretty simple process to return the item.

I've had it for almost 2 months now, and the only issue I see is that the rubber stoppers that come into contact with the bumper are breaking. So far, I have not searched for any replacements for them.

I would say that it is a construction worth seeing. It comes with a rope guard. A $50 option would not be available. Factor 55 is awesome over this one.
