I need to know how the switch is configured Is it a spst, a dpdt, or something else?

Applied it to a Winch from Harbor Freight. It is very unreliable to have them with a winch. Junk and trash. A second one I have ordered and am using is now my 2nd one. The switch was very good.

It is not clear what my duty is. I do not need to stop when pulling 100 feet of cable without the need to cycle.

The wires are easy to wire. No instructions are included, but it is fairly simple to figure out how to do it. The program works just as expected. The one I have is mounted on a trailer with a 2000 lb winch. Adding a wireless remote to my home theater setup. It would be my first choice if I needed to buy it again.

Prime is not what it used to be when I first got here, and I hope it will be more so when I get there! It did not come with any instructions, but when I installed it it worked fine. I hope it will continue to work for many years!.

Replacing the factory solenoid with this one will save you money. Those manufactured by the factory are far less reliable.

I am having problems at the start

My Ranger responds slowly when I start it. After changing the solenoid, it began to run right away. As I shook my old one, it rattled inside. I think I've found the issue.

On July 7 I brought it, it was installed, but I couldn't use it due to weather. Today, Aug 9, when it was used under load, it failed. In addition, the return policy said it could not be returned since Aug 6 has passed. A waste of time and money.
