My guess is that I will have to replace it just for safety reasons, but I am not sure what the point of it is. There are a lot of unstitched holes, and a lot of stitching that has been missed. The third problem was that the shackles were poorly coated and created in China rather than the USA. Overall, this is the bottom line. What are the chances of them working? I think so. In my opinion, it is poor form to deceive people into thinking the product is made in the USA. However, even though the product was made overseas, it could have used much better materials and the stitches could have been better.
