Uflex's steering system is not only a superior product, but their customer service and support is excellent as well. Here is my experience with Uflex
First, I ordered the Protech 1 from Uflex I was very pleased with its performance. Installing the new system in place of another, and using existing hoses, I followed the same procedure as before. When the system was installed, it became immediately apparent that there was a problem. Ryan A from Uflex spoke to me about the issue. The wheel wasn't turning smoothly as it should have been. This is the problem I am having. I consulted Ryan, and he very nicely and patiently explained (although he didn't use these words) that the issue was probably my fault The old hoses I used probably contained debris, which may have stuck a piston in the It is the truth that counts I am convinced he was right because I neglected to flush the hoses before removing the old In the future, I will not commit that mistake again.
