It was a perfect fit for my Ram 2500 from the year 2021.

It fit my 2021 2500 perfectly, with the exception that four cotter pins were missing, which was no big deal because I had spares in the garage. Since they didn't respond to my missing parts, customer service is non-existent.
The correct number is 48663.

The 48663 hitch adapter appears to be well-made, but it would have been even better if it had more hitch foot installation slots. Be aware that, despite the advertisements and some of the responses, this adapter will not fit all standard 5th wheel hitches. If your hitch's mounting feet are more than 22 inches wide. This adapter will not accommodate a 5" device. For the sake of comparison, I have a B. The mounting feet and the W Patriot hitch are about 29" wide.
This is the answer if you've already spent a ridiculous amount of money on a 5th wheel hitch for a traditional rail system and want to buy a new truck with the new "puck system. " br>I already have a 24,000-pound Reese hitch and didn't want to spend another thousand dollars on a new one. br>This puck adapter does a fantastic job! It arrived fully assembled and required only minor adjustments to achieve a snug fit.

This system was chosen because it takes up less space than other rail systems and each rail is easier to handle than one-piece systems. It came with minor damage that was easily repaired (a bent tab on a pin) and required some installation adjustments. The puck system mount bolt on the right rear had some clearance issues, which will be resolved once the correct anchor is installed. If it weren't for the minor issues, I'd give it five stars.
It took me all of 10 minutes to install on my 2021 RAM 2500.

This adapter does its job admirably. It is simple to put together. Installing the T bolts will be much easier if the castle nuts are properly loosen. The nut can then be tightened once more. It fit perfectly into place when used with a Reese 16k hitch.
