There would be no benefit to plastic from doing this. On glass it's safe, but on plastic it's not. This is not a place where I would use it.

In order to see what this device was capable of, I bought one of these. The book does not live up to the hype, as hopeful as I was. In general, the flatter the windows, the better they work.
