I had high expectations. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but when a product is falsely advertised, I usually just eat it and move on, but this was a complete let down. I was really excited after reading reviews and seeing pictures of the reflect, and the fact that it's a 3M product pushed me to buy it, but it's been a complete let down. I'd give it one star, but it does reflect VERY VERY VERY little, nothing like the picture on other reviews. I'm not sure if I got a faulty one, but it's all over my bike and I can't return it, so I guess I'll have to eat it.

White tape reflectors that are bright and flashy at night are effective, but they can be distracting during the day. On the back of my black side bags, I added two black reflectors. They're still visible during the day, but they're not bothersome. They do, however, glow brightly at night. The black reflectors are shown in daylight and then with the flash turned on in the attached photo. Even at an angle of more than 45 degrees, notice how bright they are. br>br>Because this motorcycle doesn't have any custom-designed black reflectors, I bought a 10 x 15 cm sheet, cut it in half, and used a corner punch to round off the corners.

Wow, this isn't at all what I had anticipated. It's small enough to fit in the palm of my hand, and it reflects light well, which is exactly what I'm looking for for my husband's motorcycle helmet. To cut the vinyl, I'm going to use my Cricut Explore Air.

I was worried that the sheet would be too small for what I wanted to do, but it ended up giving me more than I needed! Cutting was a little more difficult than I had anticipated, so if you're going to cut anything other than straight lines, you'll need a razor-sharp blade. br>br>Because it's a glossy black finish, it doesn't match my matte helmet perfectly. I expected it to bother me, but it doesn't. . . I actually like the way it looks.

I even cut and stamped shapes (bees) because I figured it wouldn't be a problem. It's already starting to rise. (Please let me know if you know of a better product. ).

This is exactly what I'm looking for. I'm hoping it will stick around for a while. The orange on my bike rack is depicted in this photograph. I also purchased the black strips, which are even better!.
