I hoped that the reflector would make my car look brand new and pristine when I returned it to you, but unfortunately the reflector fell out after only a day. Is there any way I could get a refund for the defective product? There were no instructions, so I had to Google how to install it so I wouldn't lose my phone. Once again, I really want it to work, but I just can't seem to get it to work. Please let me know if there's anything you can do to help me out with this; it would be a pain to have to pay another $20.
