In the beginning, I was excited when I saw the product

I thought it looked very sturdy, likely to protect my license plate from being stolen, and was sure it would rust. It didn't take me long to notice that the screws would rust after the first month. I drive a luxury car, and I now The screws are easy to undo after they rust, but the appearance is awful. I would give them a five star rating if they were a state black security screw however, if they were an address screw, then my car would not look as clean and tidy.

The difference between the two

Since my license plate sticker was coming off, I replaced the dealer frame with a silicon frame and cover. The original screws were not long enough to make this work, but this kit provides the solution.

The hardware shortage is coming! Buyer beware! Do not bother with the version that includes the hardware
