As soon as I received them, they looked great, they were super heavy, and they were really nice looking. I was happily taking photos for my review when I noticed that they had started to rust. Since I installed these about a month ago, the bike has only been wet once. One time I washed the bike and they have stayed dry ever In my opinion, an item that is meant to be exposed to the elements like this should never rust like this, especially after a single wash.
