What exactly are the vent's dimensions?

Is it necessary to have a built-in vent?

I had to create a pattern, trace it onto the hood, and then cut the hole out. Fill in the gaps around the hole and attach the vent to the hood with brackets! For the installation, look up the hood vent on U-Haul. TUBE. Camaro, Chevy HHR, and a few other vehicles are among them.

The item is exactly as described, and it is very simple to put together. If you're willing to shave your hood, it's pretty much universal. Also consider the hood's shape. My first shipment had a problem, but the seller quickly resolved the problem. So I received my part, and the customer service was excellent.
