It's water-resistant and looks great on my BMW 135i. I'm not sure if it'd work on another model.

I was expecting a lot from this cover. It fits my 2017 Honda Accord perfectly, and the main reason I bought it was because I needed a waterproof cover. That is not the case with this cover. It's only one layer, so plenty of water gets past it and onto the car. Please invest in something else if you require a waterproof item.
This isn't a water-resistant item.
This is an excellent concept, but it did not keep the water out. I bought this because it takes a long time for the morning dew to evaporate from my 2015 Honda Civic's front and side windows. I had left it on all weekend, and when I removed it before going to work, it was as if I had never worn it. Other than that, I wasn't impressed. I like the idea of the straps underneath to keep it from flying away.
This cover will not keep you dry in the rain. We put it on yesterday before it started raining. Today is a bright and sunny day, so we decided to look beneath the surface. It's raining outside, and the car is drenched. As you can see from the image. This cover is being returned to its sender.
I was really looking forward to getting this cover for a car I never drive because I live on the top of a very windy hill and was tired of chasing down covers that blew away. br>br>When I first got it, the cover looked great, and it's never come off! The straps are extremely effective. br>br>Unfortunately, the color has faded significantly. It's only been five months since I've been wearing the cover. It no longer appears to be the same cover. br>br>I'm writing this review today because I went to adjust it for the first time (it had started to sag on one side) and it tore as soon as I tugged on a small section of the fabric. I didn't even pull hard; the fabric appears to have become dull and dryrotten, and it now falls apart easily. br>br>I'm very disappointed with the outcome of this cover, which I was really looking forward to getting.
I was surprised that it was dry underneath after a thunderstorm and wind storm in NYC, and that it stayed attached well even when the wind blew it around. I have a 2005 Toyota Solara on which it fits perfectly. br>br>I highly recommend this cover, and the reflective stripes make it easy to spot as I pull into my driveway.
In our driveway now sits an eyesore full of contractor tools and materials. We only needed a coverup, so I can't say whether it's waterproof or not. The wind howled, the rain poured, but the front and back end straps, as well as the strap that runs through the middle of the ride, remained firmly in place throughout the storm. Then, as she pulled into the garage one night, she noticed that the car cover's stripes are reflective! Furthermore, the cost is reasonable. ☺️.
I've only had it for about a week, but it looks great and provides adequate coverage for my 2005 Sunfire. There are three straps on it. One in each of the car's front and rear corners, as well as one in the middle that runs underneath it. They fasten together with a buckle, and you can tighten them by pulling on the straps. To use it, I had to take off my antenna, but I just tossed it in the car until I needed it again. We had a pretty windy day yesterday, but it held up well; we'll see how it holds up over the winter.
