It is true. Although you don't need to, the liner makes it waterproof and body armor is not a perfect fit, so that is helpful

It would be great if they had corner crushers. I love the way it looks installed and keeps moisture out Roll it out and let it lie flat for a bit to avoid fighting it on the front.

They only need to be trimmed up to a flush look, but that is an easy fix

Although they did what they were supposed to, they needed to be trimmed so they would flush, however this was a simple task.
