Yes, I believe so. I couldn't compare because my original bumpers were missing, but it appears to be a direct fit replacement.

Both of these were missing from my 2004 Dodge RAM 3500 2WD, but I was already replacing the lower control arm. Part number 52113300AA was given to me by the dealer, but this model is no longer available. These are what I found, and they work perfectly. Simply put, it's a little on the pricey side.
