Questions & Answers

Can you tell me if this rag has the Prop 65 warning?

Both the packaging and the individual cloths do not contain CA prop 65 or other warnings of this nature. According to the cloths' packaging, the cloths are to be cared for as follows It can be washed in the machine. In the pre- It is recommended that you wash the product before You cannot use bleach or fabric softener on your clothes. It is advisable to keep the water temperature below 140 F. Ensure that the item is tumble dried on low heat and fluffed. It's always a good idea to wash a microfiber cloth properly. Washing these Rag Company waffle weaves, Dry Me a River drying towels, Eagle Edgeless buffing cloths, as well as Meguiar's, Chemical Guys, and bulk utility cloths from Costco in cold water or warm water is my preferred method. When hot water is applied to microfiber yarn, the yarn will shrink, but how hot is too In that case, I keep the temperature far below the maximum of 140F recommended by the company. These microfiber cloths are washed in only water - I don't use anything else. Please do not bring towels, linens, clothing, or cotton rags (i.e. I used to have an old T-shirt It's fine to dry them on a rack, and I've tried using Woolite and a high quality laundry detergent on different loads, and I can't tell a difference apart, except that the odor is different. Having tried the no-scent, clear detergents, I am now going to try one of these To see if your detergent and/or soap come with the Prop 65 warning, you might want to check the label.

Is it possible to use these to dry dishes and glasses?

Any kind of thing can be dried out with these.

Do these towels work well for rinsing without water?

This is for the rinse In order to assist in pulling dirt particles from the surface of the vehicle with less washing, we recommend a towel with a higher knap, such as the Eagle Edgeless 350 or 500. When using the Dry me a River towels, they are best used to close off the surfaces of the car after cleansing it.

Can it be used for the final wipe on ceramic coatings? How can I decide on the best method?

Towels that are the best ever! Designed to be super absorbent! The book is definitely worth the read! Here is a collection of hands-on activities I buy these towels every time I need to dry my car because they are the best
5/5

The absorbency of these is very high and they perform better than expected. If you are someone like me who not only washes, but also details their cars, then these towels are perfect for you. The three-year-olds I bought for us each went to school, so I purchased two of these Prepare several towels which are perfect for car washing day (the first for drying the car, the second to remove any water spots, the third for drying all the door jambs/trunk lids/gas caps/front.

This towel is perfect for me
5/5

Rag Company has a great reputation in the detailing industry, so I figured I'd bite the bullet and buy some I was really curious to see what all I am very pleased with every towel that I have purchased from them, so no wonder they have such a great reputation. These Dry Me A River towels were purchased to use with a drying aid. I did not want to use my large Griot's terry weave towel because, as great as it is, I wanted something more versatile. These towels are perfect for my needs. The absorb a lot of water, they dry well, and they can be used for a variety of projects The entire panel can be dried, as but you can also get into all the tight corners and absorb everything. However, they don't hold a whole lot of water and you'll have to wring them pretty frequently since they absorb well but don't hold a lot of water like a thick terry weave. Buying something else is the best option if you want a towel that holds a lot of water. These towels have a great feel, they are very versatile, and they dry very quickly.

The songs by Dry Me a River are so good that they'd make JT cry
5/5

The Rag Company's other 16x16 drying towels were great I had been using them for a while. I ordered a three-pack of these after Obsessed Garage recommended them for glass Pack a bag. What I want to tell you is this What a great idea! It probably would have taken me one towel to get through my entire errand The first sedan I owned was a midsize sedan, but I decided to use a second one rather than a three-door Pack a bag. There is so much absorbency in them. It being the beginning of a warm day, I contemplated whether I would be able to dry the car in time to avoid getting water spots on it. There are no worries at all. My order for three more has been placed Pack a bag.

Having a logo on a towel isn't my cup of tea
3/5

The rag company has provided me with other products in the past, but none of their towels had a logo on them. You can see a logo on the bottom right corner of the darker blue towel if you look carefully at the picture. As you can see from the other side, it also has a logo. I am still deciding whether to return it or keep it, since I dislike Other towels I've ordered in the past do a great job of drying my car, but I don't understand why the logo was placed on my recent order, when none of the towels had it before. (I know the towels are different styles and colors, 1) Include in the description a photograph showing the logo on the towel. While there is a video demo, they should also include a picture for those of us who are not fans of.

The material was hard and stiff, and it did not absorb well
3/5

Although I had high hopes when I ordered these, I was very disappointed when I used them for the first time. A couple of things to keep in mind the material is not especially soft and should not be used on delicate finishes. I didn't have to go over the towel with some of my cheaper towels as it didn't pick up water It was the same material being so hard and heavy over the same spots that I really disliked The current version is difficult to read. All in all, you can find cheaper towels that are better performing for a much lower price. This is not something I would.

Towels that are excellent for drying cars
5/5

A great deal of comfort is provided by these towels. It works much better if you wet your towel before using it in order to dry your truck. I find that washing them before first use removes the color bleeding of the towels that will streak if not washed first. While drying my full size SUV, I only have to wring out the towel once. The towels are soft, and they do not mark or scratch. There is no streaking on my black SUV when they are polished and dried. The towels are sure to not disappoint you.

I find it to work very well
5/5

My truck's glass was so clean with this towel that I really don't need to use anything else. You'll always find clean windows, without streaking or smears. The water in my glass disappeared as soon as I put it down next to my water. Even though it is not very absorbent, this towel has outperformed all others I have tried so far.

This is amazing
5/5

Towels that are both soft and absorbent are the best for everything! The walls of every tub need to be wipe down, so I make sure there is one for each. If you don't have anything else to use but a dry towel, they are great for mirrors. I have never used a car as good as this one. I cannot believe the lint they leave behind!.
