The system doesn't seem to be working right. The company does not follow through on its Despite my best efforts, my radiator still leaks.
I was able to fix my radiator leak with this. It was impossible to access the radiator of my Oldsmobile. As a result, I poured it directly into the coolant reservoir and drove for a while. It has been three months and the leak has Product of high quality.
It works every time when I use it to prevent head studs from leaking on the engines I build.
In my experience, it ruined my radiator and wrecked my engine. You should only use this if you are in dire need to get your car along.
On my 2000 XJ, it sealed my heater core in 12 hours, which saved me the headache of pulling it out. In addition to performing a flush before refilling with coolant and Alumaseal, I did a flush with the aforementioned solution. We were almost immediately able to stop the leak, and we have experienced no problems for the last two weeks.
I, too, have used this stuff to stop radiator leaks. I wasn't able to fully stop it, but I am down to a few drops now. The more I drive it, the better it will be.
I had a machnic friend tell me that this kind of product would work, but the seals would fail prematurely since heated water would bring forth these types of problems. My mechanic told me your timing belt & idler shaft needs to be replaced The water pump is about due for replacement, go ahead and change A non-recommendation indicates he doesn't think it will work.
Don't use this product, it's not good.
