What is the best way to glue these to There is no room for a photo that doesn't fit in my paper, which is 8 1/2 X 11. Is that what these will do?

The spray should be used for photo adhesion. I can use my Canon photo paper on the foam board exactly as it is.

Can you tell me if these have adhesive?
