These, on the other hand, are enormous. I had no idea such large glue guns existed. They have to be made for a professional to work with. If you don't pay attention to the size description, you'll end up with enormous glue sticks that you won't be able to use.
Bows and silk flowers were not well adhered to the wood. Because the reviews for this product were all five stars, I decided to order two bags. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch, but I didn't like them when I tried to use them today. I've used a lot of different brands of hot glue sticks, but none have ever been as good as these. So I'm stuck with the two bags I bought. I checked my calendar and discovered that I'm two weeks late in returning them to Amazon. I should have tried them out sooner, but I was under the impression that glue sticks were the same as glue sticks. Gluing bows or silk flowers to stained boards has never been an issue for me. The glue was squishy and didn't hold its shape. br>All I'm hoping for is for the glue to dry for a day or two.
While I have not yet used the product, and it is likely still perfectly usable, I am forced to give it a low rating because it is heavily branded as "made in USA" in the product photos, but the product I received was made in Vietnam (see photo). This is either deceptive/false advertising or, at the very least, inaccurate advertising.
This is what I'm using on a foam-based train layout. On a low-end computer, this is quite effective. When used with a high-temperature glue gun, it sets quickly. It is designed to hold curved foam pieces that are straight. They prepare a sleeping area for the train. Even though the risers are designed to curve, they still require a significant amount of reinforcement to maintain their unnatural position. This glue does a great job of keeping them in place. It also adheres to a variety of other areas of the design; Overall, if necessary, I would re-re-re-re-re-re-re- get some glue sticks; They're a lot less expensive than the ones suggested by the layout's manufacturer.
I've made a lot of things out of recycled cardboard boxes (the most recent being a large advent calendar). This type of craft is ideal for: It can be used at both low and high temperatures (depending on the task at hand). br>Works with a regular-sized gun, not a mini-sized gun!br>If you use it on metal or plastic, you should be able to dismantle it later (if you want to re-use it). Use a few things, but test them out first.
I work as a school counselor, and I hang sheets of butcher paper with bullying posters on them. This is something I've been doing for a long time. Getting the paper and glue off the walls is usually the most difficult part. Butcher paper has been falling off the walls in a steady stream since using these glue sticks. I'm not sure what's going on, but it's extremely inconvenient and ineffective!.
This is such a disappointment. This is the first time the actual size has been incorrect. STANDARD SIZE is prominently displayed in the advertisement. These are far too narrow; the gun can't grip them at all, so I have to force them through. The space around the perimeter of their but stick can be seen if you look closely. Simple projects have become time-consuming choirs as a result of it.

I was making a 24" round wreath for my new home and the only glue sticks I could find were JUST 5" long, so I had to force them into the glue gun because they were too short to use the trigger! I came to a halt and placed an order for these, which were twice the length and half the price, and arrived the next day. On the front porch, a wreath adorns the entry. Wind, rain, and birds have no effect on the glue! This product comes highly recommended by me.
